Benjamin Goldstein was born in Huntsville, Alabama in 1973. He graduated from College of Charleston in 1995 with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology. He received a law degree with honors from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2003. While in law school, Mr. Goldstein interned as a consultant of United States political asylum law in El Salvador and represented political asylum applicants in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Additionally, he co-founded the International Law Society and earned a Certificate in International Law with honors. Benjamin is a member of the State Bar of California, the South Carolina Bar, Consumer Attorneys of California, and the American Association for Justice.
