The number of people diagnosed with asbestos caused diseases in the U.S. continues to increase. Experts believe 60,000 mesothelioma deaths will occur between 2010 and 2030.

Benjamin Goldstein

 
Benjamin Goldstein was born in Huntsville, Alabama.  After graduating from the College of Charleston, he earned a law degree with honors from the University of San Francisco.  Prior to and during law school, Ben traveled abroad to the Netherlands, Spain, Taiwan, and China.  In El Salvador, he interned as a consultant of U.S. political asylum law. 
 
As a legal representative, Ben is determined to assist those who find themselves at the mercy of business forces in this country.  In this regard, he has been involved in Paul & Hanley's OSHA contact program, as well as the firm's outreach to both union and nonunion workers.     
 
Ben is conversationally proficient in Spanish and Mandarin Chinese.  He has appeared a number of times on KZSF 1370 AM - La Kaliente Spanish Radio to discuss worker rights.
