D eborah R. Rosenthal was born in Los Angeles, California, in 1970. She received an undergraduate degree in Literature/Writing from the University of California, San Diego, in 1992, and a law degree from the University of San Francisco in 1996. In law school, she was a member of the Public Interest Law Program and an editor of the USF Law Review. Prior to joining Paul & Hanley, LLP, Ms. Rosenthal represented plaintiffs in personal injury, therapist malpractice, and employment cases. She has also worked as a journalist and editor for a variety of legal publications. She is a member of the State Bar of California and the Consumer Attorneys of California.
