Gloria E. Chun was born in Monterey, California in 1977. She graduated from UC Davis with degrees in Psychology and Sociology in 1999. In 2003, Gloria graduated from UC Hastings with a law degree.  At Hastings, she worked for the Center for Gender & Refugee Studies.
