Jason Hasley was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, in 1974. He graduated with honors from the University of Cincinnati in 1998, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Affairs. He received his law degree from Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco in 2004.
While in law school, Jason was a member of the Environmental Moot Court team and the Honors Lawyering Program. Jason served as a law clerk for the Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights of the San Francisco Bay Area, the U.S. Department of Justice and Golden Gate's Environmental Law and Justice Clinic. Jason is a member of the State Bar of California, and Consumer Attorneys of California.
