Rohit S. Kodical
Rohit Kodical was born and raised in California. In 1997, he attended the University of San Francisco 's School of Law, where he also worked in an extra-curricular civil litigation clinic specializing in tenants’ rights for low-income San Franciscans. After graduating in 2000, Rohit came to Paul & Hanley LLP, where he has fulfilled his goal of advocating on behalf of workers and their families injured by negligent corporations and manufacturers of defective products. “Helping people at a time when they most need help is very satisfying," Rohit explains, “ You realize the vulnerability of your clients and are humbled when they allow you into their lives to fight on their behalf." Recently Rohit served as lead litigator and second trial chair in a case that resulted in a $2 million verdict for a Navy machinist who developed mesothelioma from asbestos exposure.
