Wes W. Wagnon Wes W. Wagnon is a trial lawyer with substantial experience handling personal injury and toxic tort cases arising from defective products.  Over the past thirty-three years he has litigated numerous cases involving injuries caused by  silicone gel breast implants, latex gloves, the drug DES, various defective medical products, and mesothelioma caused by asbestos.  He also has experience handling medical malpractice cases, as well as a variety of other types of civil litigation.

A lifelong Californian, Wes grew up in Southern California.  He attended University of California, Berkeley and UC Hastings College of the Law and became a lawyer in 1977.  Wes is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, the State Bar of California, and the Consumer Attorneys of California.
