"My doctor helped me to get social security.  I investigated early retirement with the support of my Union members and was able to receive disability payments through an early retirement plan.  However, I projected that my financial situation would be taxing on myself and my family in the long run.  I was then referred from Local 246 Pipefitters to Jerry Paul, their attorney liaison and partner at Paul & Hanley LLP.

The trial closed with a 9 to 3 verdict in favor of my claim.  Furthermore, this company is now appealing the decision.

Yet, Paul & Hanley continues to support my decision to fight against this appeal with boundless perseverance.  I, an air-conditioner man, would have never been able to stand up to this company, no less 35, without Paul & Hanley.  The staff is professional, actively concerned for my health, and provided many comforts to me.  Paul & Hanley provided much support, including the comfort of being greeted by their staff with proper accommodations for my disability at the airport as well as providing me with large settlements that will allow me to take care of myself, my children, my grandchildren and help those who helped me along the way."
