Description of Case:  Paul & Hanley's plaintiff Mr. Henderson was exposed to asbestos in his job as a salesman of cement asbestos board.  Mr. Henderson later developed mesothelioma.  Significantly, this was the first verdict against Eternit in the United States of America.
