The primary symptoms of manganism are fatigue, headache, speech disturbances, mask-like face, rigidity, muscle contractions, some tremors, disorientation, loss of memory, impairment of judgment, abnormal gait or difficulty in walking, and the loss of the ability to control muscular movement.
