nya Fuchs was born in Berkeley, California in 1975. She attended the University of California, Santa Barbara where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in both Sociology and Black Studies in 1997. While there, she was a member of the Dean's List and the recipient of the Lorraine Hansberry Award for Outstanding Scholarship in Black Studies. She thereafter attended the University of San Francisco School of Law and was subsequently admitted to the California State Bar in 2001. Prior to joining Paul & Hanley Ms. Fuchs represented plaintiffs in toxic tort matters as an associate attorney with Kazan, McClain, Lyons, Greenwood, & Harley, a litigation firm in Oakland, California.
Ms. Fuchs is currently a member of the State Bar of California, the Consumer Attorneys of California, and the National Lawyers Guild.
