Tom Elke

Tom Elke, a native of Northern California, received his B.A. from Harvard University in 2001 and his law degree from University of California, Los Angeles in 2005.

While in law school, Tom was active in the El Centro legal aid program and received an Imelda Rosenthal Bar Exam scholarship for Public Interest Law from the California State Bar.  Prior to joining Paul & Hanley, Tom served as a deputy district attorney in both Napa and Santa Clara counties where he handled all aspects of criminal prosecution, and personally tried over twenty-five jury trials.
