Non-litigation Recovery

At Paul & Hanley LLP, we have an entire department devoted to assisting clients acquire compensation from non-litigious trusts, including bankruptcy trusts.  Such trusts do not require a trial or deposition.  Rather, compensation occurs after certain forms and documentary evidence is submitted.  While compensation is minimal for some trusts, others provide significant payment.
